As we continue to navigate this challenging time, the protection & care of the clients, volunteers, and staff of Therapy & Co., continues to be our top priority. We are keeping up to date with Government advice in relation to providing healthcare services & following the latest recommendations.
Currently all staff who show any flu-like symptoms are being told to be tested for Covid-19 and to take sick leave until all symptoms have cleared & a negative test result has come back.
We have increased our standards on infection control with a strong focus on hand hygiene. Staff have access to appropriate PPE (face masks, gloves etc.) for use according to governmental guidelines. Staff have been provided hand sanitiser and disinfectant wipes for use when providing mobile services. All therapy rooms have access to hand sanitiser & all visitors to our clinic are asked to hand sanitise on entry.

We are screening our clients & their primary caregivers with whom our staff may come in contact for any flu-like symptoms, recent testing for Covid-19 or overseas travel & will reschedule appointments to a suitable time if any risk presents itself.
We are keen to continue to support all our clients in maintaining optimal health during this period of uncertainty.
